NowNess Return & Replacement Policy

Our Philosophy

At NowNess, every product is crafted to create real moments between real people. We take quality seriously — and if something gets in the way of that experience, we want to make it right.


What We Accept

We accept return and replacement requests under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives physically damaged — crushed packaging, bent cards, torn covers, or water damage from transit — we will replace it at no cost to you. Please raise a request within 5 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged outer packaging
  • A photo of the damaged product(s)
  • Your order number

2. Printing or Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a print quality issue — illegible text, missing pages or cards, colour defects, or incorrect cutting — it qualifies for a free replacement. This is distinct from delivery damage and can be raised within 15 days of delivery.

3. Wrong Item Delivered
If you received a different product than what you ordered (e.g. Spontaneous Dad instead of Spontaneous Dates), we will ship the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our cost. Raise within 5 days of delivery.

4. Incomplete Order
Each set contains a specified number of cards. If your set arrived with missing cards or components, contact us and we will dispatch the missing items or replace the full set.


Gifting Consideration

We understand our products are frequently purchased as gifts and may not be opened immediately. For items identified as gifts at checkout, the return window for delivery damage extends to 15 days from delivery.


What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Returns of opened products where no defect or damage is present
  • Requests raised beyond the stated time windows
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

How We Resolve It

Our preference is always replacement over refund — we'd rather get the right product into your hands. However, if a replacement is not possible (e.g. item out of stock), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Order number
  • Nature of the issue
  • Supporting photos (where applicable)

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
